Ireland is a popular destination among students from Norway, as well as from other regions of the world. The international atmosphere and the quality of Ireland's higher education and research institutes draws Norwegian students to the country. In 2014-2015 there were almost 100 Norwegians studying in Ireland, and the amount is increasing every year. They either come to get their full BA or MA, or as a part of an exchange program.
On 11 November, the Embassy attended the graduation at Griffith College Dublin. There were around 50 Norwegian students graduating. The majority were studying Design and Interior Architecture, and some Journalism and visual media.
