Public Holidays 2016

Below is a list of dates when the Royal Norwegian Embassy will be closed due to Norwegian or Irish public holidays during 2016. Should an emergency involving a Norwegian citizen occur on these dates, please call the Embassy on +353 1 662 1800, and you will be given an option to be transferred to the Ministry’s Emergency Response Centre in Oslo.

24^th March – Maundy Thursday
25^th March – Good Friday
28^th March – Easter Monday
1^st May – Labour Day
2^nd May – May Day
17^th  May – Norwegian National Day
6^th June – June Bank Holiday
1^st August – August Bank Holiday
31^st October – October Bank Holiday
25^th  December – Christmas Day
26^th December – Stephen’s Day
